I ordered pants, a tank/shorts set, and earrings on 8/27. The pants were a waitlist item and the site said it could take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. I'm in the US so I fully anticipated a bit of a wait on receiving my items. On 9/30 I received an email saying that due to an inventory error, they did not have the color of pants I requested, so I said it was ok if they sent the other color option. On 10/12 I received an email saying my order had shipped, but by 10/27 there was still no tracking information available. I emailed them to ask if they could cancel and refund my order since it had not shipped and the clothes I ordered would be out of season by the time they arrived anyway. A FEW HOURS AFTER I SENT THAT EMAIL, I saw that the package had finally been received by the tracking company (in China, despite them being "New Zealand based"), and I received an email saying "sorry we can't refund you because it's shipped". They also blamed the shipping company and the pandemic for the delay, even though they were the ones who failed to get it to the shipping company on time. This was super sketchy to me. It seemed like they quickly brought my package to the shipping company as soon as I asked for my money back to deliberately avoid giving me a refund. I finally received my package on 12/19, 4 months after I ordered it. The quality is actually quite nice, but I will never ever shop there again. I don't recommend you do either. I kind of feel like a Karen but I seriously have never had such a bad experience ordering clothes online. This could have been avoided if they were more communicative with their shipping issues and accepted blame when they made a mistake.

I ordered on October 12 and still have not received my order. When I emailed asking when it would get here or if I could have a tracking number they essentially said it was still at the airport and they could not say when it would be delivered. They said if I return it I could only get store credit. I guess I should have read more about the store return policy but I also feel the company should be honest about shipping times and include it in the checkout. I do not recommend buying from here.
